Rates and Insurance
Currently, The Family Connections Center accepts the following insurance plans:
BCBS HMO/PPO
Health New England HMO/PPO
Tufts HMO/PPO
MBHP
Health New England Be Healthy
Beacon Health Strategies (e.g. BMC, Fallon, NHP, GIC)
We also accept all out-of-network insurance (i.e. PPO or POS plans). If you are not sure if we accept your insurance, feel free to give us a call and we can verify benefits with your permission.
If you would like to pay for services in-full, our rates are $150 for each 50-minute session, however we have a limited number of sliding scale availabilities, so please contact us if you would like to discuss this possibility.
By law, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of your medical care costs. Click HERE to read your rights.
Payment
We only accept check or cash. We are not able to process credit cards at this time. If you would like to use a Health Savings Account, you can pay with check or cash, and then submit your receipt to your HSA.
Full payment is expected at the beginning of each visit, unless prior arrangements have been made.
